Talent jove, company of future

Official notification for 2008 open

The Servei d’Ocupació de Catalunya, is opening a new official notification funded by up to 1.000.000 euros of the Young Talent, Company with Future programme. This programme, which is co-funded by the European Social Fund, aims to favour stabilisation of young people in the labour market, improving their professional situation as well as business competitiveness.

For each transformation from a temporary contract or one for a specific period of time of a worker aged under 30, to an indefinite full-time contract, the company will receive a subsidy of 2,000 euros. In the case in which the person has a disability equal to or above 33%, the subsidy will be 2,500 euros.
