Territorial consortiums

A consortium is based on the following ideas: cooperation, territorial dimension and legal security; all these points will insure the effectiveness of the work placement processes and will increase the competition of the Catalan economy.

The consortium are composed by cooperating organizations (local organizations, union organizations and the Generalitat de Catalunya).

They plan and approve all programmes carried out in its territorial environment, within the SOC global planning.

Consortium guide

The SOC has started a process to reinforce the employment system, based on the decentralization principles and the participation of local organizations and social and economic agents, following the suitable principle of participation, defined in the Estratègia Europea d'Ocupació (EEO).

The aim of the process is the rationalization, the simplification and the effectiveness of all work placement situations.
