Once we have chosen the cv and the company has received it, the screening process starts. The hiring does not depends on the SOC.
It’s very important the cover letter. This letter is usually attached to the cv. It serves to quote interesting characteristics.
The test can be technical (related to the work to develop), an aptitude test (calculation, verbal, reasoning, etc.) and also a personality test. Sometimes there are practical tests related to the job to develop.
The job interview is probably the most critical moment. We can see if the applicant is able to be a part of the company.
